As the Glasgow Pledge to double adaptation finance expires and global finance risks escalate, 2025 is a critical moment for adaptation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">COP30 will finalize Global Goal on Adaptation (GGA) indicators, offering a chance to rebalance focus toward equity-driven, transformational adaptation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To amplify Africa\u2019s voice, the <strong>Pan African Coalition for Adaptation and Resilience (PACAR)<\/strong> was created.
